The MPA’s ethical code is an official document in which the principles that inspire the Company are defined and which consistently inspire all those who work in it.
The code’s purposes are the following:
- Define the behaviour standards and disciplinary criteria, to prevent the commitment of crimes connected to the activity or the Company’s interests;
- Identify internal control measures and tools suitable to monitor the compliance of the code itself;
- Create value to the Company.
The code’s goals are not just of legal and economical nature, but are dictated by a precise social and moral commitment that the Company has hired in order to be an example of conduct.
The MPA’s management established business strategies in the awareness of the
necessity for an integrated view of the organization, in which the “quality” aspects
permeate and is the foundation of all the other aspects that contribute to the outlining
of the strategies themselves.
This precise volition is defined and documented in the environmental policy (in
regards to UNI EN 9001, UNI EN 45001 and UNI EN 14001).
The policy for quality, safety and environment expresses the MPA’s inspirational
principles, goals and tools regarding quality, health, safety and environment.
